Grid2Shell v1

The first version of the Grid2Shell exhibits tests the possibilities of the system. The form is sculpted with a variety of panel sizes and patterns, so each node is unique, expressing the nearly unending flexibility of the product.  To amplify the intention of the design and patterning, glass and Schüco’s Facid textile are alternately used as infill between the structural profiles and 6-axis milled aluminium nodes.
